Position: Sales Operations Manager – all sales divisions.

Role & Responsibilities:
Attainment Planning

Goal Setting with sales targets for all divisions
Strive for Diversification of Sales
Sales Incentive Compensation Plan Design
Sales Operations Mandate and Design
Territory Analysis and Definition
Contract/Proposal Development:

Collaborate with Engineering/Business Intelligence regarding development of Digital Sales Platform/Product Configurator
Planning Process Stewardship regarding large orders
Advise regarding Vendor Selection and Management
Sales Process Development:

Business AnalyticS
Go To Market Strategy including tactics related to pricing, sales and channels, the buying journey, new product or service launches, product rebranding or product introduction to a new market
Sales Process Adoption and Compliance
Sales Training
Sales Metrics:

Sales Administration
Sales Forecasting
Sales Organization:

Initiative Change Management
Sales Operations Talent Management
Sales Operations Team Design
Analysis of Sales Force Capacity
Education & Experience Required:

Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales and Marketing teams of a company
Five + years of Sales managerial experience with increasing responsibility and an understanding of business processes, products
Computer skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Fully Integrated ERP Systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work well in groups
Ability to multitask
Lean, six-sigma training or experience a plus
